预应力CFRP布加固腐蚀钢梁的变形计算方法

【摘要】:通过切除钢梁下翼缘部分面积来模拟钢梁的损伤,再利用CFRP布粘贴钢梁受拉翼缘进行加固修复的研究。共进行了6根CFRP布加固腐蚀钢梁的试验,利用在钢梁下翼缘粘贴CFRP布或预应力CFRP布等来加固钢梁,翼缘切除率分别为0%,50%和100%的试件。试验结果表明,荷载-变形曲线具有两直线特征:第1阶段为钢梁下翼缘屈服前,荷载-变形曲线呈线性关系;第2阶段钢梁下翼缘屈服后,荷载-变形曲线出现转折点,斜率下降。在试验基础上,建立了预应力CFRP布加固腐蚀钢梁变形计算公式,理论计算结果与试验结果吻合良好。
[Abstract]:The damage of the steel beam is simulated by removing the area of the lower flange of the steel beam, and then the CFRP cloth is used to paste the steel beam flange to carry on the research of strengthening and repairing. Six corroded steel beams were strengthened with CFRP sheets. The specimens with 50% and 100% flange removal rates were strengthened with CFRP cloth or prestressed CFRP cloth attached to the bottom flange of the steel beam. The test results show that the load-deformation curve has two linear characteristics: in the first stage, the load-deformation curve is linearly related to the lower flange of the steel beam before yielding; In the second stage, when the lower flange of the steel beam yields, the load-deformation curve presents a turning point and the slope decreases. On the basis of the experiment, the formula for calculating the deformation of corroded steel beams strengthened with prestressed CFRP sheets is established. The theoretical calculation results are in good agreement with the experimental results.
