全面质量管理在建筑围护系统节能工程中的应用研究

【摘要】：建筑场所作为人类活动的基本场所,在建设和使用过程中的能耗惊人,在社会总能耗中所占比重很大。对比发达国家建筑节能的发展,我国建筑能耗过高,单位建筑能耗是气象条件相近的发达国家2～3倍,并且与其在建筑能耗控制上的总体差距上仍在拉大。围护系统节能作为建筑节能分部的子分部工程,包括墙体节能、门窗节能、屋面节能、地面节能等分项工程,因节能效果好、效费比低而应用前景广泛。但我国该行业的质量管理不到位,制约和影响了我国建筑节能的实现。本文的主要目的是将全面质量管理(TQM)理论引入到建筑围护系统节能工程质量管理当中,构建"三全一多样"的质量管理优化方案来实现质量管理,解决以往围护系统节能质量管理过程中的问题,达到建筑节能的目的。首先,引入全面质量管理(TQM)理论制定从围护系统节能工程项目论证策划伊始各方就充分参与的质量目标和质量计划。其次,科学优选分包单位,完善岗位责任体系,建立以建设单位(业主方)为核心涵盖所有参建方的全员管理来实施质量控制,保证质量计划的实施。然后,运用PDCA循环方法进行具体施工管理过程管理,即运用数理统计分析工具分析施工过程中遇到的质量问题,明确导致问题的关键性因素,制定相应预案加以解决,同时做好检查和总结工作,并对未解决的问题不断开展新的PDCA循环加以解决的全过程动态管理,从而执行施工计划,达成既定的质量目标。最后,本文结合实际案例,具体应用该质量管理体系实现围护系统节能工程的质量管理,并通过在实际案例的应用分析,论证该质量管理体系在实际节能工程应用中的可行性与不足,提出对策建议。研究结果显示:在围护系统节能工程质量过程中引入全面质量管理(TQM)构建了有力的质量管理体系,有效提升了该工程的节能质量管理水平,有助于实现既定的节能管理目标。
[Abstract]:As the basic place of human activities, the building site has an amazing energy consumption in the process of construction and use, which accounts for a large proportion of the total energy consumption in the society. Compared with the development of building energy conservation in developed countries, the building energy consumption in our country is too high, the energy consumption per unit building is 2 times higher than that in the developed countries with similar meteorological conditions, and the overall gap between the building energy consumption control and the building energy consumption control is still widening. Energy saving of envelope system is a sub-project of building energy saving, which includes wall energy saving, door and window energy saving, roof energy saving, ground energy saving and so on. Because of its good energy saving effect and low efficiency / cost ratio, it has a wide application prospect. However, the quality management of this industry is not in place in our country, which restricts and affects the realization of building energy saving in our country. The main purpose of this paper is to introduce the theory of total quality management (TQM) into the quality management of energy saving engineering of building enclosure system, and to construct the optimization scheme of "three, one and one diversity" to realize the quality management. To solve the problems in the process of energy-saving quality management of envelope system and achieve the purpose of building energy-saving. Firstly, the total quality management (TQM) theory is introduced to formulate the quality objectives and quality plans from the beginning of the demonstration and planning of the energy conservation project of the encirclement system. Secondly, select subcontracting units scientifically, perfect the post responsibility system, establish the whole staff management which covers all the participants in the construction unit (owner side) as the core to implement the quality control and ensure the implementation of the quality plan. Then, the concrete construction management process management is carried out by using PDCA cycle method, that is, using mathematical statistical analysis tools to analyze the quality problems encountered in the construction process, to make clear the key factors leading to the problems, and to formulate corresponding plans to solve them. At the same time, check and sum up the work, and carry out the whole process dynamic management to solve the unsolved problems with the new PDCA cycle, so as to carry out the construction plan and achieve the established quality goal. Finally, combined with practical cases, this paper applies the quality management system to realize the quality management of energy saving engineering of enclosure system, and analyzes the application of the system in practical cases. The feasibility and deficiency of the quality management system in the application of practical energy saving engineering are demonstrated, and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. The results show that the introduction of total quality management (TQM) into the quality process of the energy saving project of the envelope system constructs a powerful quality management system and effectively improves the level of the energy saving quality management of the project. Contribute to the achievement of established energy conservation management goals.
