[Abstract]:On November 6, 2008, IBM President and Chief Executive Officer Michael Bloomberg delivered a speech on "Smart Earth: the next Generation of leadership agenda" at the Council on Foreign Relations in New York City. It is considered to be the first time that the concept of "intelligent earth" has been explicitly put forward, and then in China's planning, communications and other industries received rapid response. On November 2, 2010, the "China Wisdom cities Forum" was held in Wuhan.
