现代综合医院卫生间建筑设计研究

【摘要】：随着人们生活水平的提高,越来越多的人开始重视自己的健康,医院也常常是人满为患。正是在人流量大,功能复杂的医院建筑中,卫生间的建筑设计更显的重要起来。人们对于卫生间的使用感受以及方便程度,是当下医院卫生间建筑设计需要考虑的问题,更多的从人性化的角度出发,设计满足患者、陪护人员等使用者需求的卫生间,是我们当代建筑设计师的职责。医院建筑中,患者具有抵抗力差、身体虚弱等身体问题,是易感染人群,而卫生间又是病原体滋生的高危地段,因此医院卫生间的建筑设计对于患者来说,需要更加的合理与清洁。无论是患者还是陪护人员、医护人员,都有被感染的可能性,因此,医院建筑卫生间的设计在现代综合医院的设计中有举足轻重的作用。本文通过对医院卫生间的设计要点、基本医疗区域卫生间建筑设计、专科专属空间卫生间建筑设计的研究以及相关详图的设计,来说明医院建筑卫生间设计与其他公共建筑卫生间设计的不同点。从医院建筑本身的特点出发,以建筑学、心理学、人体工程学等理论为基础,通过对医院建筑卫生间相关资料及相关综合医院建筑设计规范进行收集与归纳,探讨医院建筑卫生间的设计方法与策略,应用到实际工程当中,对以后的医院建筑卫生间设计提供相关的资料与总结。并且笔者通过实际的调研以及相关工程案例的参与,来验证医院建筑卫生间的设计理论,使得医院卫生间的功能适应现代综合医院的要求,并且满足患者、陪护人员以及医生卫生间的安全使用。另一方面本文通过医院建筑卫生间装修详图,进而说明医院卫生间的设计要点,更多的满足人群的使用,使得卫生间符合现代综合医院卫生间的设计。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of living standards, more and more people begin to pay attention to their own health, hospitals are often overcrowded. It is in the large flow of people, complex functions of hospital buildings, toilet design is more important. People for the use of toilet feelings and convenience, is the current hospital toilet building design needs to be considered, more from the point of view of humanization, design to meet the needs of patients, escort personnel and other users of the toilet, It is the responsibility of our contemporary architects. In hospital buildings, patients have physical problems such as poor resistance and weakness. They are susceptible to infection and the toilet is a high-risk area where pathogens breed. Therefore, the architectural design of hospital toilets is for patients. Need to be more reasonable and clean. Both the patient, the attendant and the medical staff have the possibility of infection. Therefore, the design of hospital building toilet plays an important role in the design of modern general hospital. This article through the hospital toilet design key points, the basic medical treatment area toilet building design, the specialized specialty exclusive space toilet construction design research as well as the related detailed drawing design, To illustrate the hospital building toilet design and other public building toilet design differences. Based on the characteristics of hospital architecture and the theories of architecture, psychology, ergonomics, and so on, this paper collects and induces the relevant information of hospital building toilet and related general hospital building design code. This paper probes into the design method and strategy of hospital building toilet, applies it to the actual project, and provides relevant information and summary for the future hospital building toilet design. And through the actual investigation and the participation of relevant engineering cases, the author verifies the design theory of hospital building toilet, makes the function of hospital toilet adapt to the requirements of modern general hospital, and satisfies the patients.
