逆作法中地下连续墙与钢管柱关键施工技术应用研究

【摘要】:城市建设不断发展,城市的交通问题已经成为我国社会的难点和热点问题,城市交通已经不完全是一个市政工程问题,更重要的是一个多方面的综合性的社会问题。在未来的几年中,城市轨道交通等新型交通工具将随着社会的不断进步而飞速发展,目前,我国的城市轨道交通尚处于初步发展的阶段。在建设过程中如何统筹兼顾,优化格局,资源分配合理,净化环境,因地制宜,是每个建设者应亟待解决的问题。此时,普通的施工方法已经难以满足现代生产建设的需要,因此,逆作法由于其适用性广、安全性高、缩短工期、节约工程造价等经济技术优点成为了城市建设当中普遍推广使用的新工法之一。本文就逆作法的产生、分类、应用原理及方法作了详细的概述,同时依托长沙地铁5号线万家丽广场站工程项目建设施工实例,分析探讨了在复杂的地质条件、低净空以及在城市的市区主干道的环境下如何进行地连墙逆作施工;结合长沙地铁5号线万家丽广场站钢管柱施工工艺,改进了原有施工方案,取消原设计中钢护筒,不用人工在抗拔桩上进行安装定位器以及凿除杯口;之后通过分析逆作法中土体开挖后发生的变形以及对周围建(构)筑物的影响,采用实时监测,并通过监测结果表明,此地连墙的施工方法以及改进钢管柱的施工工艺符合安全要求,为今后类似工程的施工方案的设计及优化提供了很好的借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of urban construction, urban traffic has become a difficult and hot issue in our society. Urban traffic is not a municipal engineering problem, but more important is a comprehensive social problem in many aspects. In the next few years, urban rail transit and other new vehicles will develop rapidly with the continuous progress of the society. At present, the urban rail transit in China is still in the initial stage of development. In the process of construction, how to make overall planning, optimize the pattern, allocate resources reasonably, purify the environment and take measures according to local conditions are the problems that should be solved urgently for every constructor. At this point, the common construction method has been difficult to meet the needs of modern production and construction. Therefore, because of its wide applicability, high safety and short construction period, Economical and technical advantages such as saving engineering cost have become one of the new methods widely used in urban construction. This paper gives a detailed overview of the generation, classification, application principle and method of the reverse method. At the same time, based on the construction example of Wanjiali Square Station Project of Changsha Metro Line 5, the complicated geological conditions are analyzed and discussed. Low clearance and how to carry out the reverse construction of the ground connection wall in the urban main road environment; Combined with the construction technology of steel pipe column in Wanjiali Square Station of Changsha Metro Line 5, the original construction scheme was improved, the steel tube was cancelled in the original design, the positioner was not installed on the anti-drawing pile and the cup was chiseled. After analyzing the deformation of soil after excavation and the influence on the surrounding building, the real-time monitoring is adopted, and the monitoring results show that, The construction method of the connecting wall and the improvement of the construction technology of the steel pipe column meet the safety requirements, which provides a good reference for the design and optimization of the construction scheme of similar projects in the future.
