高陡边坡地区钢筋笼制作吊装技术

【摘要】：正0引言近年来,桩基在建筑工程中的应用越来越多,桩基施工时,钢筋笼通常采用吊车一次性吊装到位,但部分钢筋笼长细比大,且一次吊装过程中钢筋笼有变形的隐患且质量较大达50t以上,需要100t级吊车或更大的吊装设备,而大型设备受限于公路运输条件和施工场地地形地质条件限制,部分地区无法直接使用大型
[Abstract]:In recent years, pile foundation has been used more and more in the construction of pile foundation. When pile foundation is constructed, the steel cage is usually hoisted once in place, but some steel bars have a larger aspect ratio. During a hoisting process, the steel cage has the hidden trouble of deformation and the quality is larger than 50 tons, which requires 100t crane or larger hoisting equipment, while the large equipment is limited by the highway transportation condition and the topographic and geological conditions of the construction site. Large size cannot be directly used in some areas
