杭州奥体博览城网球中心结构设计研究综述

【摘要】:杭州奥体博览城网球中心的屋盖为开合屋盖,下部看台及功能用房采用钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构,上覆的钢结构屋盖由固定屋盖和可移动屋盖组成,固定屋盖由24个花瓣形悬挑主桁架旋转复制组成,可移动屋盖由8片可旋转花瓣形网壳组成。固定屋盖上方设置的8片大悬挑移动屋盖,采用平面旋转45°的开启方式,8片花瓣闭合时覆盖整个场地。基于工程结构体系以及全过程结构设计,对于超长混凝土结构温度收缩效应计算方法、移动屋盖在移动过程中的多模型多工况设计、看台外倾引起的重力荷载作用下看台斜梁和顶部环梁受拉的处理、施工后浇带的合拢时间对于整体结构的受力的影响以及大跨度钢结构的屈曲稳定等问题进行专项分析和处理,可为类似工程结构设计提供参考。
[Abstract]:The roof of the Tennis Center of Hangzhou Olympic Sports Expo City is an open and closed roof. The lower stands and functional rooms are constructed of reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure. The overlaid steel roof is composed of fixed roof and movable roof. The fixed roof consists of 24 petal-shaped cantilever main truss rotating replicas, and the movable roof consists of 8 rotatable petal-shaped reticulated shells. Eight large cantilevered moving roofs located above the fixed roof were opened by plane rotation 45 掳, and 8 petals were covered with the whole floor when closed. Based on the design of engineering structure system and whole process structure, for the calculation method of temperature shrinkage effect of super-long concrete structure, the multi-model and multi-condition design of moving roof in moving process is presented. Under the action of gravity load caused by the exterior inclination of the stands, the treatment of the tension of the oblique beam and the top ring beam of the stands, the influence of the closing time of the post-pouring belt on the stress of the whole structure and the buckling stability of the large-span steel structure are analyzed and dealt with. It can provide reference for similar engineering structure design.
