基于TRIZ的MSF钢筋骨架成型机端部支撑的创新设计与研究

【摘要】:随着国民经济的快速发展,我国的基础设施建设逐步得到完善,特别是以城镇化建设为主导的建筑施工工程正在出现较大变革。装配式建筑的出现,改变了人们对传统建筑施工的认识,因为其不仅快速、高效,同时也具有很好的施工质量。建筑施工领域已经基本实现混凝土和大型模板商品化、产业化,而钢筋工程仍然处于现场制作、手工现场绑扎钢筋的落后阶段,制约了我国建筑施工行业的标准化、机械化和产业化发展。为了克服这一难题,本文基于TRIZ研发了一种全新形式的钢筋骨架机—MSF1200型变螺旋多肢箍钢筋骨架成形机,其端部支撑是核心部件,本文主要是对其进行研究。结合PLM构建了新型钢筋骨架机端部支撑的全生命周期模型,新型钢筋骨架机端部支撑的全生命周期管理需求模型矩阵E为的和21EE并集,即21(28)EEE?。通过对端部支撑模型矩阵的分析,有效的提高了信息管理的过程,真正做到了以客户为中心的产品实施。然后基于产品设计原则,确定了新型钢筋骨架机端部支撑的设计目标。利用TRIZ技术系统进化法则对新型钢筋骨架机端部支撑的技术路线进行分析,考虑到端部支撑的主要功能为定位与夹紧,我们选用了维数增加、减少人的介入、结构合并、分割路线、时间合并等进化路线,对新型钢筋骨架机端部支撑进行研究,为其设计指明了方向。在具体的方案设计中,结合动态性法则、提高理想度法则、完备性法则以及协调性法则,分别设计出了滑动式纵筋定位装置、导轨式全尺寸纵筋定位装置、气动机械手和纵筋夹头等一系列方案,并利用发明原理对其进一步改进与优化。通过收集和分析钢筋骨架机端部支撑的相关专利,运用专利数量曲线、专利等级曲线、性能参数曲线以及利润曲线等4个尺度变量,分析了端部支撑技术系统所处的S曲线位置,确定了新型钢筋骨架机端部支撑的成熟度。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of national economy, the infrastructure construction of our country has been gradually improved, especially the construction engineering which is dominated by urbanization is undergoing great changes. The appearance of prefabricated architecture has changed people's understanding of traditional construction, because it is not only fast, efficient, but also has good construction quality. The construction field has basically realized the commercialization and industrialization of concrete and large-scale formwork, while the steel bar engineering is still in the field of production, and the backward stage of manual field binding of steel bars has restricted the standardization of the construction industry in our country. Development of mechanization and industrialization. In order to overcome this problem, a new type of reinforcement skeleton machine based on TRIZ is developed in this paper. The end support of this machine is the core part. This paper mainly studies it. Combined with PLM, the whole life cycle model of end support of new reinforcement skeleton machine is constructed. The whole life cycle management requirement model E of end support of new reinforcement skeleton machine is combined with 21EE, that is, 21 (28) EEE?.. Through the analysis of the end support model matrix, the process of information management is improved effectively, and the customer-centered product implementation is really achieved. Then, based on the product design principle, the design goal of the end support of the new steel frame machine is determined. Based on the systematic evolution rule of TRIZ technology, the technical route of end support of new steel skeleton machine is analyzed. Considering that the main function of end support is positioning and clamping, we choose to increase dimension, reduce human intervention, and merge structure. This paper studies the end support of a new type of steel skeleton machine and points out the direction of its design. In the concrete scheme design, combining with the dynamic rule, improving the ideal degree rule, the completeness rule and the coordination rule, the sliding longitudinal reinforcement positioning device and the guide rail full-size longitudinal reinforcement positioning device are designed respectively. A series of schemes, such as pneumatic manipulator and longitudinal bar chuck, are further improved and optimized by the invention principle. By collecting and analyzing the relevant patents of the end support of the reinforcing steel skeleton machine, the paper applies four scale variables, such as patent quantity curve, patent grade curve, performance parameter curve and profit curve. The S curve position of the end support system is analyzed, and the maturity of the end support of the new steel skeleton machine is determined.
