实用性乡村规划的编制思路与实践

【摘要】：我国的乡村规划在宏观政策的推动下迈入了一个新的高潮,但面对实践中的困境,乡村规划应该如何适应新型城镇化的要求,目前还尚未有定论。鉴于此,文章立足于乡村规划与城市规划的多重差异,从认知与方法层面提出了以实用为导向的乡村规划编制要求,以及界定了实用性乡村规划的核心要素体系,即"人、地、产、居、文、治",并详细解析了这六大要素的规划重点、相互关系,并从"多听""巧说""实做"三个环节揭示了实用性乡村规划的编制手法,旨在为国内乡村规划的研究及实践提供借鉴。
