绿色建筑理念下的东北地区民居建筑设计探究

【摘要】:现阶段我国正处于一个十分紧要的战略发展阶段,随着国情的发展和城镇化进程的飞速蔓延,在建筑能源方面耗量巨大,如果这种情况继续扩大不加以遏制就会对人们的日常生活造成影响。而我们在面对这些燃眉之急时,要化压力为动力通过一系列的生态技术,去减少不必要的能源消耗问题,对居民的生活条件做一个系统性的优化。在我们设计建筑的最初就要开始统筹全局,根据民居建筑的实际条件采用适当的绿色建筑优化手段去解决危机,从而达到改善民居的目的。在我国的东北地区有着独特的自然地理环境与文化,所以在这个地区的民居建筑设计之中需要采用合适的绿色生态技术手段。本论文从宏观与微观的两个方面探究了东北地区的传统民居向现代化住宅建筑的转变,进而找到现代住宅需求的生态构建模式来建造传统的民居建筑。通过对国内外的绿色建筑的分析找到最适合东北地区民居建筑的设计方法,其中包括内部布局的优化还有外部围护结构的优化,以及合理的利用可再生的能源等等。只有通过合理科学的优化方式,才能使人居住的环境变得越发的美好,实现我国民居建筑的可持续发展。传统的民居建筑有着特定的文化内涵,随着建筑形态的不断变迁,其特有的文化内涵也越来越丰富。就目前的东北地区的民居建筑发展形式来看,我们要多从建筑学的角度出发,去静态的分析结构与形式,最后根据当地特定的情况为民居建筑提供一条可持续发展的生态之路,进而使这种具有特定地域文化的民居建筑得以保留与长期稳健的发展。
[Abstract]:At this stage, our country is in a very important strategic development stage. With the development of national conditions and the rapid spread of urbanization, the energy consumption in construction is huge. If the situation continues to expand unchecked, it will have an impact on people's daily lives. In the face of these urgent needs, we have to put pressure on the power through a series of ecological technology to reduce unnecessary energy consumption, to make a systematic optimization of the living conditions of residents. At the beginning of our architectural design, we should start to coordinate the overall situation and adopt appropriate green building optimization means to solve the crisis according to the actual conditions of residential buildings, so as to achieve the purpose of improving residential buildings. There is a unique natural geographical environment and culture in the Northeast of China, so it is necessary to adopt suitable green ecological technology in the design of residential buildings in this area. This paper probes into the transition from traditional residential building to modern residential building in Northeast China from macro and micro aspects, and then finds out the ecological construction mode of modern housing demand to build traditional residential building. Through the analysis of green buildings at home and abroad to find the most suitable design method for residential buildings in Northeast China, including the optimization of internal layout, the optimization of external enclosure structure, and the rational use of renewable energy, and so on. Only through the rational and scientific optimization way can we make the living environment more and more beautiful and realize the sustainable development of the residential buildings in our country. Traditional residential buildings have specific cultural connotations. With the continuous changes of architectural forms, their unique cultural connotations are becoming more and more abundant. As far as the development of residential buildings in Northeast China is concerned, we should analyze the structure and form statically from the perspective of architecture. Finally, according to the specific local conditions, we should provide an ecological road for the sustainable development of residential buildings. Thus, this kind of residential buildings with specific regional culture can be preserved and developed steadily for a long time.
