珠三角地区住宅工业化设计研究

【摘要】：工业化住宅作为我国住宅产业未来的发展方向,不仅对解决民生问题有着重大的意义,还会对我国住宅产业转型起着关键作用。珠三角地区作为我国三大经济圈之一,其工业化住宅的建设探索也一直走在全国前列,在新时期如何推进珠三角地区工业化住宅快速发展值得我们思考。本文通过对国内外工业化住宅的发展历程以及相关理论的研究,总结其经验与教训,用于我国住宅工业化的发展。通过对珠三角地区的住宅工业化现状进行调研,针对典型实例进行分析解读,得出目前珠三角地区住宅工业化发展情况,在此基础上,再结合珠三角地区气候环境特征与建筑适应性要求,提出适合珠三角地区的住宅工业化设计策略。本文针对珠三角地区住宅工业化设计内容,从五个章节进行论述:第一章是绪论。对本文的研究背景、国内外理论研究现状、研究对象及范围、研究目的与方法等进行了介绍,为整个研究打下基调;第二章是住宅工业化发展与相关理论研究。首先理清建筑工业化与产业化的关系,然后梳理国内外住宅工业化的发展历程,研究国内外住宅工业化发展情况,吸取经验与教训,从中得出对我国住宅工业化的一些启示。最后研究分析住宅工业化相关理论,包括开放住宅理论,专用体系与通用体系以及工业化住宅工法体系,为接下来设计策略的提出奠定基础;第三章是珠三角地区住宅工业化现状调研。先对珠三角地区住宅工业化发展概况进行梳理,再通过实地调研,分析珠三角地区住宅工业化发展现状,总结其优点与不足,为接下来设计策略的提出提供依据;第四章是珠三角地区工业化住宅适应性分析。本章分析了珠三角地区的气候特点和建筑适应性要求。由于建造方式的差异,传统住宅与工业化住宅在适应性策略方面各有不同,根据珠三角气候特征分别从群体布局、建筑体型、建筑空间以及建筑界面几个方面对两种住宅模式进行分析与对比,为接下来的住宅工业化策略的提出打下基础;第五章是珠三角地区住宅工业化设计策略的提出。根据前四章的分析与研究,从设计原则,结构选型与材料应用,平面设计,立面多样化设计,工业化装修以及全生命周期管理等方面阐述了珠三角地区住宅工业化设计的相关策略。最后是结语,对本论文研究进行总结,得出主要结论,指出论文研究不足之处,并对珠三角地区住宅工业化未来的发展进行展望。住宅工业化作为我国接下来的发展重点,珠三角地区作为全国领先的城市发展圈之一,快速推动工业化住宅集约化、低碳化、地域特色化建设显得十分必要和急迫。
[Abstract]:As the future development direction of our country's housing industry, industrialized housing not only has great significance to solve the problems of people's livelihood, but also plays a key role in the transformation of our country's housing industry. As one of the three economic circles in our country, the construction and exploration of the industrialized housing in the Pearl River Delta region has always been in the forefront of the whole country. How to promote the rapid development of the industrialized housing in the Pearl River Delta region in the new period is worth our consideration. This paper summarizes the experiences and lessons of the development of industrialized housing at home and abroad and the relevant theories, and applies it to the development of housing industrialization in China. By investigating the present situation of housing industrialization in the Pearl River Delta region and analyzing the typical examples, the paper draws a conclusion that the housing industrialization in the Pearl River Delta region is developing at present. Combined with the climatic and environmental characteristics of the Pearl River Delta region and the requirements of building adaptability, this paper puts forward the design strategy of housing industrialization suitable for the Pearl River Delta region. This paper discusses the design content of housing industrialization in Pearl River Delta region from five chapters: the first chapter is the introduction. The background of this paper, the current situation of theoretical research at home and abroad, the research object and scope, the purpose and method of the research were introduced, which set the tone for the whole study. The second chapter is the development of housing industrialization and related theoretical research. This paper first clarifies the relationship between architectural industrialization and industrialization, then combs the development course of housing industrialization at home and abroad, studies the development of housing industrialization at home and abroad, draws experience and lessons, and draws some enlightenment to China's housing industrialization. Finally, this paper studies and analyzes the related theories of housing industrialization, including open housing theory, special system and general system, and industrial housing industry method system, which lays the foundation for the next design strategy. The third chapter is the current situation of housing industrialization in the Pearl River Delta. Firstly, it combs the general situation of housing industrialization in the Pearl River Delta region, then through the field investigation, analyzes the present situation of the housing industrialization development in the Pearl River Delta region, summarizes its advantages and disadvantages, and provides the basis for the next design strategy. The fourth chapter is the adaptability analysis of industrialized housing in the Pearl River Delta region. This chapter analyzes the climate characteristics and architectural adaptability requirements in the Pearl River Delta region. Because of the difference of construction methods, the adaptability strategies of traditional housing and industrial residence are different. According to the climatic characteristics of Pearl River Delta, they are divided into group layout, building type, This paper analyzes and compares the two kinds of housing models from the aspects of architectural space and architectural interface, which lays a foundation for the following housing industrialization strategy. The fifth chapter is the development of housing industrialization design strategy in the Pearl River Delta region. According to the analysis and research of the first four chapters, from the design principle, the structure selection and the material application, the plane design, the facade diversification design, Industrialization decoration and whole life cycle management and so on elaborated the Pearl River Delta area housing industrialization design related strategy. The last part is the conclusion, which summarizes the research, draws the main conclusions, points out the deficiencies of the research, and looks forward to the future development of housing industrialization in the Pearl River Delta region. Housing industrialization as the next focus of development in China, the Pearl River Delta region as one of the leading urban development circle, the rapid promotion of industrial housing intensive, low-carbon, regional characteristics of the construction is very necessary and urgent.
