喀麦隆社会住房EPC总承包项目风险管理研究
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Chinese economy, the process of overseas construction expansion in Chinese construction industry has been accelerated and strengthened. Similarly, the international engineering contracting market has put forward higher and higher requirements for the management and development of enterprises. Due to many factors, such as comprehensive benefit, resource allocation and owner's tendency, EPC general contracting mode has gradually become the mainstream mode in international engineering. At present, many scholars and engineers engaged in project management research at home and abroad have strengthened their research work on the EPC model. Compared with the domestic market, the risk factors in the international engineering market are more and the situation is more complex. Therefore, the use of effective means to avoid the corresponding risks will be the key to determine whether Chinese construction enterprises can stand undefeated in the international engineering contracting market. From the point of view of project management, the EPC model can make the responsibility of all parties involved in the project more clear and ensure the quality of the project effectively. The EPC model can liberate the owner from the complicated and trivial project management, and the EPC model can also make the contractor gain more profit opportunities. However, large profits are accompanied by great risks, and the profits and rights of the general contractor will be increased under the EPC model, and the risk probability of the project will be greatly increased, which is why, In the field of architecture, problems are often encountered in the use of the EPC model. In this paper, the EPC model is deeply analyzed, and the risk of the EPC model of Cameroon social housing project is identified according to the risk management process, and the main risks are analyzed. And according to the EPC each stage carries on the key analysis to the project risk. By using the expert scoring method and the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the weight of each risk factor in the EPC model is determined, and the degree of influence of each risk factor on the project is divided according to the ranking result of the risk hierarchy. Finally, the solutions to the risks in each project stage are given one by one.
