城市小型社区嵌入式养老设施设计研究

【摘要】：指出小型社区嵌入式养老设施是建设供给重要组成部分及其意义,分析了既有建筑更新方式的此类设施在设计、建设和运营环节面临的问题,并结合既有建筑更新改造的养老设施的设计实践提出解决方案和设计方法。最后,对建筑师在城市社区养老供给转型背景下的角色等相关问题进行了反思。
[Abstract]:It is pointed out that the embedded pension facilities in small communities are an important part of the construction supply and their significance. The problems in the design, construction and operation of such facilities with existing building renewal methods are analyzed. Combined with the design practice of the existing building renewal and transformation, the solution and design method are put forward. Finally, the author reflects on the role of architects in the context of the transformation of urban community pension supply.
