萍乡市万龙湾内涝区海绵城市综合整治实践

【摘要】：解决城市内涝看海是海绵城市建设的重要目标与任务。海绵城市建设应立足流域片区,突出连片效应,通过源头减排、过程控制、系统治理的技术思路达到有效缓解城市建成区的内涝积水,改善水环境和水生态的建设目标。以国家首批海绵城市建设试点城市——萍乡试点区内涝最为严重的万龙湾片区为例,从流域尺度采用海绵城市系统治理思路,通过源头低影响开发改造、过程管网提标建设、河湖水系系统调度相配合实现了片区内涝有效消除,水体污染物排放有效削减。该工程为类似城市提供了可借鉴、可复制的成功经验,为国家探索海绵城市提供了有力的技术支撑。
[Abstract]:It is an important goal and task for the construction of sponge city to solve the urban waterlogging. The construction of the sponge city should be based on the area of the river basin, and the effect of the connecting piece can be highlighted. Through the source emission reduction, the process control and the system management, the water and water accumulation in the urban built-up area can be effectively relieved, and the water environment and the water ecological construction target can be improved. In the case of the most serious Wanlongwan area in the pilot area of the first batch of sponge cities in the country, a sponge city system is adopted to control the scale of the river basin, and the construction of the process pipe network is carried out through the low-impact development and transformation of the source and the construction of the process pipe network. The system of the river and lake system is coordinated to realize the effective elimination of the water-logging in the area, and the pollutant emission of the water body can be effectively reduced. The project provides a reference and replicable successful experience for a similar city, and provides a powerful technical support for the national exploration of the sponge city.
