浅析视频监控录像在火灾调查中的运用

【摘要】：从一起重大火灾事故调查案例出发,分析视频监控录像证据在案件调查工作中的证明作用。进一步探讨视频监控录像在火灾调查工作中的证明价值和运用方法,包括视频监控录像证据分析的目的和作用、证据的采集、证据的审查以及证据的分析运用,以期为视频监控录像应用于火灾调查工作提供参考。
[Abstract]:Based on an investigation case of a major fire accident, this paper analyzes the role of video surveillance video evidence in the investigation of a case. To further explore the value and application of video surveillance video in fire investigation, including the purpose and function of video surveillance video evidence analysis, the collection of evidence, the examination of evidence and the analysis and application of evidence. In order to provide reference for the application of video surveillance video in fire investigation.
