庚烷油池火对外热效应理论分析和仿真研究

【摘要】:为揭示火场中火源对外部空间的热传递规律,以开放空间庚烷油池火燃烧为例,结合油池火热平衡方程建立了油池火热传递简化模型,提出了油池火对外热效应的计算公式;使用庚烷油池火CFD模型,仿真分析了稳定燃烧阶段油池火对外辐射效应,并对油池火对外热效应进行了理论分析和验证。研究结果表明:基于烟羽流对外热效应的热传递理论模型能够对不同热传递方式进行估算,反应火场中热传递规律。在中大尺度油池火燃烧过程中,油池火对外热效应主要是指火羽流热辐射和热对流效应,其中稳定燃烧阶段热对流约占总热量的60%,是中大尺度火灾蔓延的主导因素。
[Abstract]:In order to reveal the heat transfer law between the fire source and the outer space, a simplified model of oil pool fire heat transfer is established by taking the heptane oil pool fire combustion in open space as an example, and the calculation formula of the external heat effect of oil pool fire is put forward in combination with the oil pool fire heat balance equation. Using the CFD model of heptane oil pool fire, the external radiation effect of oil pool fire in stable combustion stage is simulated, and the external heat effect of oil pool fire is theoretically analyzed and verified. The results show that the theoretical model of heat transfer based on the external heat effect of plume can estimate different heat transfer modes and the heat transfer law in the reaction fire field. In the process of medium and large scale oil pool fire combustion, the external thermal effect of oil pool fire mainly refers to the heat radiation of plume and thermal convection effect, in which the heat convection accounts for about 60% of the total heat in the stable combustion stage, which is the leading factor of fire spread in medium and large scale.
