宜兴传统民居物理环境评价体系研究

【摘要】:传统民居是建筑文化重要的载体,并且其中的相当一部分仍然承担着它们的原始功能——居住功能。但随着社会经济的发展,宜兴传统民居物理环境品质已远远落后于当代人对建筑物理环境环境品质的需求,对宜兴传统民居物理环境品质的提升迫在眉睫。建立科学、合理的宜兴传统民居物理环境评价体系是传统民居物理环境品质提升、规范建设与科学发展的必备条件。首先,论文以宜兴传统民居物理环境评价体系为研究对象,通过相关理论研究了宜兴传统民居定义、建筑物理环境的研究范围及评价体系的基本概念,确定了评价体系建立的核心问题:评价指标和权重系数,探讨了指标筛选与量化以及赋权方法的解决思路。然后,论文基于宜兴传统民居现状,总结和归纳ESGB、CASBEE-新建中建筑物理环境评价指标,形成宜兴传统民居物理环境评价指标集;基于物理环境评价的相关标准或规范,参照宜兴传统民居物理环境参量调研或实测数据,形成评价指标的评价准则;基于AHP法专家问卷计算所有指标的权重系数,结合评价准则,形成宜兴传统民居物理环境评价体系,并探讨了评价结果的分级与优先改进项的使用。最后,论文将评价体系转化成宜兴传统民居物理环境评价软件,以国家课题示范项目北街64号为例,对其物理环境指标调研或实测,输入到宜兴传统民居物理环境评价软件,得出评价结果,并根据评价结果为它的物理环境环境品质改善提出改造建议。论文所研究的宜兴传统民居物理环境评价体系扩充了传统民居的研究理论。其次,该评价体系的应用有利于推进宜兴传统民居物理环境品质的提升良性发展,为科学规范的宜兴传统民居物理环境品质改善起到指导的作用。
[Abstract]:Traditional residence is an important carrier of architectural culture, and a considerable part of them still bear their original function-residential function. However, with the development of social economy, the physical environment quality of Yixing traditional dwellings lags far behind the demand of contemporary people for the architectural physical environmental quality, and the improvement of the physical environmental quality of Yixing traditional dwellings is imminent. Establishing a scientific and reasonable evaluation system of physical environment of traditional dwellings is a necessary condition for the improvement of physical environment quality of traditional dwellings, the standardization of construction and the scientific development of traditional dwellings. Firstly, taking the physical environment evaluation system of Yixing traditional residence as the research object, this paper studies the definition of Yixing traditional residence, the research scope of the architectural physical environment and the basic concept of the evaluation system through the related theories. The core problems of the establishment of the evaluation system are determined: the evaluation index and the weight coefficient, and the solutions of the index selection and quantification as well as the method of weighting are discussed. Then, based on the present situation of Yixing traditional dwellings, this paper summarizes and sums up the evaluation indexes of architectural physical environment in the new construction of ESGB,CASBEE-, and forms the index set of physical environment evaluation of Yixing traditional dwellings. Based on the relevant standards or norms of physical environment assessment, the evaluation criteria of evaluation indexes are formed by referring to the physical environment parameters of traditional dwellings in Yixing and the measured data. Based on the expert questionnaire of AHP method, the weight coefficients of all indexes are calculated, combined with the evaluation criteria, the evaluation system of physical environment of traditional dwellings in Yixing is formed, and the classification of evaluation results and the use of priority improvement items are discussed. Finally, the evaluation system is transformed into the physical environment evaluation software of Yixing traditional dwellings. Taking 64 Bei Street as an example, the physical environment index of 64 North Street is investigated or measured, and the physical environment evaluation software of Yixing traditional residence is imported to Yixing. The evaluation results are obtained, and suggestions for the improvement of its physical environment quality are put forward according to the evaluation results. The physical environment evaluation system of Yixing traditional dwellings has expanded the research theory of traditional dwellings. Secondly, the application of the evaluation system is helpful to promote the benign development of the physical environment quality of Yixing traditional dwellings, and play a guiding role in improving the physical environmental quality of Yixing traditional dwellings.
