地铁施工中既有建筑物锚索处理技术研究

【摘要】:针对地铁车站及盾构区间周边环境日益复杂的现状,在施工过程中难免会遇到地下锚索的情况,给地铁正常施工造成严重影响;在盾构区间施工过程中,锚索必须在盾构通过前处理完毕,否则锚索会缠绕在刀盘及螺旋机上,严重时会造成刀盘及螺旋机卡死而无法正常运转,需要进行地下开仓处理,这无疑增大了施工风险。地铁施工中既有建筑物锚索处理技术虽在上海、深圳、广州、北京地铁施工中有较为成功的案例,但在郑州地区尚为数不多,因此针对郑州市轨道交通5号线工程04标段锚索处理施工,有必要对锚索处理方式方法等一系列施工技术进行综合研究,提出通用技术指导。在锚杆安全设计时,通常采用极限平衡法的单一安全系数来评价其安全性。然而这种定值分析方法在反映工程设计中各种客观存在的不确定性因素方面略显不足。可靠度理论因其能够充分考虑到事件的不确定性而在土木和水利等工程领域得到重视。本文将锚杆的设计参数视为随机变量,将可靠度理论应用于锚杆抗拔的安全性评价,分别从锚杆杆体的抗拉强度、注浆体与杆体的粘结强度和注浆体与土层的粘结强度三个方面探讨锚杆的安全系数和可靠指标之间的相互关系,以及这三个方面安全系数与可靠指标的差异性。
[Abstract]:In view of the increasingly complicated environment around subway station and shield section, underground anchor cable will inevitably be encountered in the construction process, which will seriously affect the normal construction of subway. During the construction of shield section, the anchor cable must be finished before the shield machine passes through, otherwise the anchor cable will be entangled on the cutter head and the screw machine, which will cause the cutter head and the screw machine to be stuck and unable to operate normally, so it is necessary to carry on the underground warehouse opening treatment, and the anchor cable must be finished before the shield machine passes through the shield. This undoubtedly increases the construction risk. Although there are some successful cases in the subway construction in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Beijing, there are still few successful cases in Zhengzhou area, while the anchor cable treatment technology of existing buildings in subway construction has been successful in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Beijing. Therefore, in view of the construction of anchor cable treatment in No. 04 section of Zhengzhou Rail Transit Line 5, it is necessary to make a comprehensive study on a series of construction techniques, such as the treatment methods of anchor cables and so on, and put forward general technical guidance. In the safety design of anchor rod, the single safety factor of limit equilibrium method is usually used to evaluate its safety. However, this method is not enough to reflect all kinds of objective uncertainty factors in engineering design. Reliability theory has been paid attention to in civil engineering and water conservancy engineering because it can take full account of the uncertainty of events. In this paper, the design parameters of anchor rod are regarded as random variables, and the reliability theory is applied to the safety evaluation of bolt pull-out, respectively, from the tensile strength of anchor rod body. The relationship between the safety factor and reliability index of bolt is discussed in three aspects: the bond strength between grouting body and rod body and the bond strength between grouting body and soil layer, and the difference between safety factor and reliability index in these three aspects.
