鹿泉区四表合一采集方案研究

【摘要】:最近几年,国内经济蓬勃发展,智能电网、智慧能源等概念迅速兴起。城乡居民水、电、气、热用户表人工抄集、分散抄集的现状已经不能满足广大用户的需求,也严重制约了公共服务企业的运营效益。现阶段,促进水、气、热、电等多种生活必需能源的远程自动抄表采集,实现多表合一,成为能源供应单位发展的重点方向。国家电网公司依托智能电能表应用,也开始加快推进“四表合一”采集建设工作。研究四表合一采集典型方案,设计出适应当地采集终端和通信资源现状的建设方案,对于加快实现“四表合一”采集,支撑智慧城市的建设,具有十分重要的促进作用。本文对石家庄市鹿泉区四表合一采集方案进行了研究。首先,对国内外四表合一采集的研究成果和政策进行了总结研判,分析了四表合一集抄系统的构成,对四表合一采集使用的主要通信技术进行了优缺点分析。在现存用电信息采集系统进行详细调查的基础之上,提出了四表合一项目方案的总体要求。总结归纳了升级无线模块、更换双模模块、增加通信接口转换器等三种典型设计方案。在典型设计方案的基础上,提出了适合于鹿泉区试点建设的两种施工建设方案,并应用于实际试点建设中,取得了良好经济和社会效益。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the domestic economy is booming, smart grid, intelligent energy and other concepts are rising rapidly. The present situation of manual copy and decentralized copying of water, electricity, gas and heat user tables of urban and rural residents can no longer meet the needs of the majority of users, and also seriously restricts the operational efficiency of public service enterprises. At present, promoting remote automatic meter reading and collection of water, gas, heat, electricity and other essential energy sources has become the key direction of the development of energy supply units. Relying on the application of intelligent watt-hour meter, the State Grid Company has also begun to speed up the collection and construction of "four meters in one". This paper studies the typical scheme of four tables in one collection, and designs a construction scheme which adapts to the present situation of local collection terminal and communication resources, which plays a very important role in promoting the realization of "four tables in one" collection and supporting the construction of intelligent city. In this paper, the collection scheme of four tables in Luquan District of Shijiazhuang City is studied. Firstly, the research results and policies of four tables in one collection at home and abroad are summarized and studied, the composition of four tables in one collection system is analyzed, and the advantages and disadvantages of the main communication technologies used in four tables in one collection are analyzed. Based on the detailed investigation of the existing power consumption information acquisition system, the overall requirements of the project scheme of "four tables in one" are put forward. Three typical design schemes, such as upgrading wireless module, replacing dual-mode module and adding communication interface converter, are summarized. On the basis of the typical design scheme, two kinds of construction schemes suitable for the pilot construction of Luquan District are put forward and applied to the actual pilot construction, and good economic and social benefits are obtained.
