供热系统偏优关系与优函数的建立及应用研究

【摘要】:随着我国供热事业的迅速发展,供热面积逐渐增长,相应对供热工程的投资力度也逐渐加大,供热系统的重要性越来越突出。供热系统是一个复杂的产、输、配、用一体系统,研究供热系统的运行优化对提高系统的能源利用率和经济性及保证系统安全运行至关重要。供热系统的运行受多变量控制和多因素影响,复杂程度高。怎样的工况使供热系统的运行更稳定、更经济是供热系统运行优化的重点研究内容。本文首先从数学的角度出发,基于集合间的序关系定义了同一集合不同元素间的偏优关系,在偏优关系的基础上提出与偏优关系表述一致的优函数;其次将偏优关系及优函数应用到供热系统运行优化与调节中;然后基于供热系统运行参数向量间的偏优关系建立关于系统运行费用的优函数,以优函数为目标函数,在按需供热及系统安全稳定运行的约束条件下建立供热系统数学优化模型;最后在实际供热工程中应用数学优化模型,通过求解模型得到系统运行的偏优工况,依据所得的偏优工况对供热系统进行优化调节,实现供热系统稳定经济运行的目标。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of heating in China, the heating area is gradually increasing, and the corresponding investment in heating projects is also gradually increasing, and the importance of heating system is becoming more and more prominent. Heating system is a complex system of production, transportation, distribution and use. It is very important to study the operation optimization of heating system in order to improve the energy efficiency and economy of the system and ensure the safe operation of the system. The operation of heating system is affected by multivariable control and many factors, and the complexity is high. What kind of working conditions make the operation of heating system more stable and economical is the key research content of heating system operation optimization. In this paper, from the point of view of mathematics, based on the order relation between sets, the partial optimal relation between different elements of the same set is defined, and the optimal function which is consistent with the expression of partial optimal relation is put forward on the basis of partial optimal relation. Secondly, the optimal relationship and optimal function are applied to the operation optimization and regulation of heating system. Then, based on the partial optimal relationship between the operation parameter vectors of the heating system, the optimal function about the operating cost of the system is established, and the optimal function is taken as the objective function. The mathematical optimization model of heating system is established under the constraint of on-demand heating and safe and stable operation of the system. Finally, the mathematical optimization model is applied in the actual heating engineering, and the optimal operating conditions of the system are obtained by solving the model, and the heating system is optimized and adjusted according to the obtained preferential working conditions, so as to achieve the goal of stable and economic operation of the heating system.
