基于开发水平(LOD)的幕墙BIM建模方法研究

目前,幕墙在建筑行业中广泛应用于建筑物的外墙,尤其是高层建筑。尽管应用较广泛,但幕墙技术并未得到充分发展,AEC行业在幕墙的设计、制造及建造方面仍然面临着一系列问题。建筑信息模型(BIM)是一项可以保证幕墙快速发展的技术,使用BIM技术既可以实现快速建模,也可以对早期的施工方案进行碰撞检测,结合解决方案对方案进行优化调整;同样,建筑项目的各参与方也可借助BIM技术的仿真模拟功能实现协同合作从而降低项目风险、缩短工期并降低项目总成本。通过在BIM技术中引入发展水平(LOD)可以进一步促进幕墙技术的发展。由于模型元素在设计过程中以不同的速度发展,因此LOD可以描述单个幕墙构件从构思到实现的相对发展过程。本研究的目的在于提出一种基于发展水平的幕墙BIM建模方法。本文研究目标主要包括以下三方面内容:首先,通过BIM LOD(LOD 100至LOD 500)对幕墙进行建模,并定义幕墙系统的模型元素从构思到制造、安装、竣工及维护的发展程度。其次,提出不同LOD的数量估算要求,并在不同LOD处生成幕墙的数量估算。最后,提出了快速优化幕墙形状的规则和过程,这对早期决策至关重要。本研究是基于文献综述、仿...
