当代社会的古典教育:讲稿两篇

【摘要】:在现代性危机中,古典教育的意义开始重新凸显出来。实际上,当代社会的当代性恰恰在于其所"当"之"时代"在过去和未来之间。古典之为经典并不只是因为它来自"古代",而尤其在于它是从过去途经现在而去往未来的"经"或"道路"。所以,古典教育之于当代社会的意义并非复古,而是奠基性的"人之为人"的生命教育,是文化大生命自我更新的"人文化成"教育。古典教育之所以具有当代性,是因为古典教育首先是"整全之人"的教育,是人之为人的自由教育、博雅教育。鉴于当代社会的多元化特点,古典教育在当代社会的开展需要多种可能性的探索。而其中,倡导每个人饱读历代圣贤的经传注疏,潜心自学默化,以致变化气质,照亮身边的人,则是这种探寻的必由之路。大学人文经典通识教育和面向社会的传统文化教育应该同时进行,相辅相成。当前社会上的"国学热"良莠不齐,大学应承担社会教化责任,起到积极引导作用。
[Abstract]:In the crisis of modernity, the significance of classical education began to come back to prominence. In fact, The contemporary nature of contemporary society is precisely between the past and the future. The classic is not only because it comes from ancient times, but especially because it goes from the past through the present to the future. "through" or "on the road." so, The significance of classical education to the contemporary society is not to restore the ancient times, but to lay the foundation of the life education of "human being is human", and it is the education of "human culture becoming" which is self-renewing of cultural life. The reason why classical education is contemporary is that it is contemporary. This is because classical education is, above all, the education of the "whole man", the free education of the human being, the liberal education of the human being. In view of the pluralistic characteristics of contemporary society, the development of classical education in the contemporary society requires the exploration of a variety of possibilities. Everyone is encouraged to read the scriptures and notes of the saints of the past dynasties, and to concentrate on self-study, so as to change their temperament and illuminate the people around them. This is the only way to explore it. The humanities classic general education and the traditional culture education facing the society should be carried out at the same time and complement each other. At present, the "national learning fever" in the society is intermingled, and universities should bear the responsibility of social education. Play an active guiding role.
