古籍出版的困局与破解

【摘要】：目前,全国已有22家专业的古籍出版社,古籍出版已成为不容忽视的一大门类。古籍类出版社几乎是出版业最小、最苦的出版社,其生存环境较艰难。时下古籍社大有再焕青春之象,随着传统文化热及国学热的延续,受益于社会经济发展对寻找文化根源的反哺,地方政府开始谋求经济发展背后的文化根源,作为文化工程,各级政府对古籍整理越来越重视,加大投入,年度补贴,重大古籍整理项目也在增加,而投放主体恰是古籍出版社。据悉,2010年度国家古籍出版资助款项为1830万元,42家出版社的93个项目获得资助。之所以称作"再焕青春",是基于20世纪中期,古籍出版社裂变时期及民国之际商务、中华等古籍整理辉煌时期而言的,民国时期是一个中西文化激烈碰撞的年代,各种思想潮流极其活跃,这一时期出版的各种文献资料,思想文化价值非常之大。尽管如此,古籍的整理与出版仍面临着未解的困局与破解。就此议题,本刊特邀诸位专业人士略作解答,虽浅显,却真诚。

With the continuation of the fever of traditional culture and the fever of the study of Chinese culture, the local governments began to seek the cultural roots behind the economic development as a cultural project, benefiting from the feedback of social and economic development to the search for cultural roots. Governments at all levels pay more and more attention to ancient book collation, increase investment, annual subsidies, major ancient book collation projects are also increasing, and the main body is the ancient book publishing house. It is reported that in 2010, the national ancient book publishing grants for 18.3 million yuan 42 publishing houses 93 projects were funded. The reason why it is called "rejuvenation" is that in the middle of the 20th century, in the period of fission of the ancient book publishing house and in the period of business and business of the Republic of China, the period of the Republic of China was an era of intense collision between Chinese and Western cultures.
