中学语文教育中家校协同的现状与对策研究

【摘要】:一直以来,我国的教育方式备受争议,特别是作为国学的语文教育更是成为讨论的焦点。1997年11月,《北京文学》的三篇文章,诱发了一场对语文教学的大批判。其声势之大、范围之广,都是过去未曾有过的。此后,对语文教育的骂声从没间断。在这种巨大压力下,语文课程不断进行改革,但仍不停受到批判,无论如何改革,都未能让国人满意。在一片骂声中,语文教师倍感压力之重,苦恼社会对他们的不理解。他们不断寻求学生容易接受的语文教育方法,却总不能得到社会的赞同。语文教育绝不仅仅是语文教师的责任,也不仅仅是学校的问题。中学语文教育需要社会的支持,尤其是需要家庭的配合。家校协同,是解决当前中学语文教育诸多问题的策略之一。 本研究,考察了国内外家校协同教育的形式,了解了学科教学中的家校协作的研究现状;通过自编调查问卷和访谈提纲,对作者所在学校的32名教师、396名学生、436名家长进行了调查。研究发现,在协同语文学科教育中,存在着教育双方对学生教育责任的模糊、家校合作协而不同、家校沟通缺乏计划性、家庭阅读氛围不浓厚等问题。 结合此结果,分析了原因,提出了家校协同,促进语文教育发展的对策:教师和家长落实“素质教育”理念,形成家校协同教育的一致思想;构建阅读网络,营造书香校园——书香家庭;积极利用家长资源,倡导语文生活化;语文教师在家校互动中实现角色转变;语文教师在家校互动中面对不同类型家长,采取不同沟通技巧以及家校沟通方式多元化。
[Abstract]:Chinese language education, especially as a Chinese language education, has been the focus of discussion all along. In November 1997, three articles in Beijing Literature caused a great criticism of Chinese teaching. Its momentum and scope are all unprecedented in the past. Since then, the language education has never stopped the sound of scolding. Under such great pressure, the Chinese curriculum has been continuously reformed, but it is still criticized. However, the reform fails to satisfy the Chinese people. In a scolding, language teachers feel the heavy pressure, troubled society do not understand them. They are constantly looking for language education methods that are acceptable to students, but they are not always accepted by the community. Chinese education is not only the responsibility of Chinese teachers, but also the problem of school. Middle school Chinese education needs the support of the society, especially the cooperation of the family. Home-school cooperation is one of the strategies to solve many problems in middle school Chinese education. This study examines the forms of home-school collaborative education at home and abroad, understands the current research situation of home-school cooperation in subject teaching, and through self-compiled questionnaires and interview outlines, A survey of 396 students and 436 parents in the author's school was conducted. It is found that there are some problems in collaborative Chinese education, such as the ambiguity of educational responsibility of both sides of education, the difference of cooperation between home and school, the lack of planning in communication between home and school, the lack of strong atmosphere of family reading, and so on. Combined with this result, this paper analyzes the reasons, and puts forward some countermeasures to promote the development of Chinese education: teachers and parents carry out the concept of "quality education", form the consistent thought of home and school cooperation education, and construct the reading network. Build the Shuxiang campus-Shuxiang family; actively use the resources of parents, advocate the adaptation of Chinese; Chinese teachers in the home-school interaction to achieve role change; Chinese teachers in homeschool interaction facing different types of parents, Adopt different communication skills and diversity of home and school communication methods.
