试论钱穆《新亚遗铎》中的道德教育思想

【摘要】： 钱穆作为中国现代著名的国学大师,不仅对史学和文学卓有研究,而且毕生投身于教育事业。他在香港创办新亚书院,并将办学经验进行总结。在收录其讲稿的《新亚遗铎》中,体现了钱穆理解的中国传统文化与教育的关系,做人重于为学、通才重于专才的道德教育思想。本文通过分析钱穆在新亚书院的教育实践,突出钱穆提倡的教育理念和精神,总结出钱穆理想中的人才和培养方式。钱穆的教育核心理念是以认识和弘扬中国传统文化为途径,以培育学生道德精神和人生理想为归宿,以培养人格完善、具有文化民族精神的中国人为目标。在大学教育上,他提倡要以人为本位,注意培养学生的人格,形成良好的学风和校风。在学习目的上,他反对急功近利的心态,主张学生树立理想,追求事业。他还认为教师不仅应该传授知识,更应该关心学生,以道德人格影响学生。钱穆的教育思想不仅具有强烈的人文主义色彩,而且也十分重视中西文化的互补。这些思想对于当今开展道德教育、培养具有完善人格和理想的人才具有启示和借鉴的作用。
[Abstract]:Qian Mu, a famous master of Chinese traditional culture in modern China, not only studied history and literature, but also devoted himself to education all his life. He founded New Asia College in Hong Kong and summed up his experience. In the book "New Asia Legend", Qian Mu's understanding of the relationship between Chinese traditional culture and education is embodied, and the moral education thought of being a man is more important than learning, and generalist is more important than professional. Through the analysis of Qian Mu's educational practice in New Asia Academy of Classical Learning, this paper highlights the educational idea and spirit advocated by Qian Mu, and sums up Qian Mu's ideal talents and training methods. Qian Mu's core idea of education is to understand and carry forward Chinese traditional culture, to cultivate students' moral spirit and ideal of life, and to cultivate Chinese people with perfect personality and cultural national spirit. In the university education, he advocates to put people first, pay attention to cultivating students' personality, and form a good style of study and school spirit. On the purpose of study, he opposed the mentality of eager achievement and instant profit, and advocated students to set up their ideal and pursue their career. He also believes that teachers should not only impart knowledge, but also care about students and influence students with moral personality. Qian Mu's educational thought not only has strong humanism color, but also attaches great importance to the complementation of Chinese and western cultures. These thoughts can enlighten and draw lessons from the moral education and the cultivation of perfect personality and ideal person.
