论地方大学建设网络大学城的必要性、可行性和操作性

【摘要】：现代远程教育工程启动以来 ,各主办院校为了抢占市场 ,展开了激烈的布点竞争 ,处于地级中心城市的地方院校普遍面临着同时接纳多所主办院校开展网络教学的新课题 ,地方大学建设“网络大学城”成为全国远程教育战略发展中科学布局的重要一环。本文结合实践 ,就以服务于学习者为本 ,构建网络大学城的意义和模式提出了初步的思路。
[Abstract]:Since the launch of the modern distance education project, in order to seize the market, the host colleges and universities have launched fierce competition for distribution points. Local colleges and universities in central cities at the prefecture-level level are generally faced with the new task of accepting more than one host university to carry out network teaching at the same time. The construction of "network university town" by local universities has become an important part of the scientific layout in the strategic development of national distance education. The significance and mode of constructing network university city are put forward.
