聋校毕业生准备式就业教育模式研究报告

【摘要】:本校在前四届毕业生中开展了为期 2个月的毕业生就业前职业技能培训 ,内容包括 :印刷包装、工艺美术、缝纫、理发、手工饰品的制作、自行车修理等。结果表明 :准备式就业教育模式 ,不但在理论上可行 ,而且在实际运用中既对毕业前聋生进行了系统性地劳动技能训练 ,而且培养了聋生就业前良好的择业心态 ,取得了较好的经济和社会效应 ,对毕业生进入社会后择业、就业产生了积极有益的影响 ,真正使其成为“能自食其力 ,服务于社会的有用型残疾人才”。
[Abstract]:The school conducted two months of pre-employment vocational skills training among the first four graduates, including printing and packaging, arts and crafts, sewing, haircut, and handmade accessories. The results show that the preparatory employment education model is not only feasible in theory, but also systematic labor skill training for deaf students before graduation in practice. Moreover, the deaf students have developed a good attitude of choosing jobs before employment, and have achieved better economic and social effects, which have had a positive and beneficial impact on the graduates' choice of employment after entering the society, and have really made them "able to earn their own living." The useful disabled talents who serve the society.
