【摘要】:随着市场竞争日趋激烈,企业越来越重视培训,除了不断加大培训的力度外,对培训内容的深度也越来越高,同时逐步开始关注培训工作的系统性、针对性、实效性和有效性,把培训绩效和工作绩效直接挂钩,将培训贯穿在员工个人成长与发展的始终。国内企业人力资源部门的重要任务,已经由传统的人事行政作业逐渐转型为提高管理水平与改善企业绩效的方向发展。作为一个企业,就像一个人,随时要面临来自外部环境或内部环境的变化而变化,企业要不断去适应这种变化才能生存和发展。员工素质就是制约提升企业抵抗力的主要因素,而培训是提高员工素质的重要途径和手段。
