[Abstract]:As an inevitable trend in the process of urbanization in modern society, the "civil labor tide" has gradually been accepted by people since 90s, and the second round of "urban migrants" has taken on a new trend of development. Migrant workers are becoming more and more "family-oriented". Many people are no longer wandering alone, but after taking a firm foothold in one place, leading their families to live at home.
