西北民族院校大学生素质教育初探

【摘要】：素质教育是西北民族院校以提高在校大学生的思想道德素质、科学文化素质、专业素质和身心素质等为目标所实施的全面教育;其总体发展虽然取得了可喜成就,但也存在思想政治教育尚需强化、文化素质教育相对滞后以及教师素质亟待提高等症结问题;应结合民族院校素质教育的发展实际,采取切实可行的政策措施加以解决,不断推动素质教育迈上新台阶。
[Abstract]:Quality education is a comprehensive education which aims at improving the ideological and moral quality, scientific and cultural quality, professional quality and physical and mental quality of college students in northwest national colleges and universities, although its overall development has made gratifying achievements. However, ideological and political education still needs to be strengthened, cultural quality education lags behind and teachers' quality needs to be improved. We will continue to push quality education to a new level.
