试论广播电视大学的人才培养模式

【摘要】：本文根据1999年教育部批转《中央广播电视大学人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点项目研究工作》的要求,通过对中央广播电视大学在具有中国“特色”的大众化高等教育时代的“定位”,确定发展方向,在人才培养模式、培养途径、教与学的模式上进行探讨,使广播电视大学办出区别于其他高等学校的特色来,从而加快推动我国高等教育大众化的发展进程。
[Abstract]:Based on the request of the Ministry of Education in 1999 to study the reform of the talent training model and the open education pilot project of the Central Radio and Television University , this paper discusses the orientation of development in the era of popularization of higher education with Chinese characteristics , and discusses the pattern of personnel training , training way and teaching and learning , so as to make the broadcasting and TV university distinguish between the characteristics of other institutions of higher learning , thus speeding up the development process of the popularization of higher education in China .
