电大教学资源整合与成本控制

【摘要】：中央广播电视大学人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点工作的启动,促进了教学资源建设的迅速发展。然而,却产生了重复建设、资源闲置以及开发制作成本居高不下等问题。针对当前电大的远程教学资源成本较高的现状,提出要发挥系统办学的优势,集中电大中心会计教研室专、兼职教师队伍的中坚力量,来加强资源整合,采取自制、共建、购、进等多种形式的远程教学资源建设方针,加快课件开发与交流,实现全国电大系统教学资源共建、共享,以达到降低远程教学资源开发制作成本的目的。
