美国企业大学现象透视

【摘要】:8 0多年来美国企业大学经历了萌芽、管理变革和创建学习型组织等三个发展阶段 ,近年来更加快速发展。针对人们对美国企业大学“大学性”的质疑 ,论证美国企业大学能够促进高等教育的现代化 ,企业大学的发展符合高等教育的发展前景 ;从教育社会学的角度看 ,企业大学对社会分层与流动有积极的意义 ;从教育经济学的角度看 ,企业大学的运作机制可以降低人力资源的交易成本 ,可以在一定程度上平衡人力资本的供需 ,避免过度教育。美国企业大学已经成为传统高等教育的强有力的补充者、合作者和竞争者
[Abstract]:Over the past 80 years, American enterprise universities have undergone three stages of development: germination, management reform and the establishment of learning-oriented organizations. In view of people's doubts about the "university nature" of American enterprise universities, this paper demonstrates that American enterprise universities can promote the modernization of higher education, and the development of Enterprise Universities conforms to the development of higher education. From the perspective of educational sociology, enterprise universities have positive significance for social stratification and mobility. From the perspective of educational economics, the operating mechanism of enterprise universities can reduce the transaction cost of human resources, balance the supply and demand of human capital to a certain extent, and avoid over-education. A strong complement to traditional higher education, collaborators and competitors
