【摘要】：正 随着科技的进步,一个新的军事时代——知识军事时代已悄然来临。如何顺应知识军事时代的潮流,在科技强军中提高军事人才素质,已成为关系我军现代化建设特别是做好军事斗争准备的全局问题。军队继续教育作为离战斗力发展最近、联系最紧密的一种教育,对促进军事人才的整体素质,进而提高战斗力和促进军队现代化建设的顺利进行都起着重要作用。因此,面对新的机遇和挑战,军事
[Abstract]:With the progress of science and technology, a new military era-the era of knowledge military has come quietly. How to adapt to the trend of the era of knowledge military and improve the quality of military personnel in the strong military with science and technology has become the overall problem related to the modernization of our army, especially the preparation for military struggle.
