【摘要】：正 一、普通高校成人教育主要管理模式普通高校成人教育在不同的发展时期管理主流模式不同,本文着重探讨当前的主要管理模式。1.一级管理模式(教学实体型)所谓一级管理模式,就是在党政的领导下,学校对成人教育从招生计划制定,生源组织、录取,教学计划、教学大纲制定,教材组织发放,教师聘请,教学安排,学籍管理,教学质量监控,证书发放,学生思想政治工作,
