理解质量——“人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点”的深思

【摘要】:本文联系教育部批准的“中央广播电视大学人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点”的实际,在经历了“理解试点”和“理解评估”之后,又对项目试点的质量进行理解。因为“试点”与“评估”、其最终目的都是为了提高现代远程开放教育的质量。在比较现有教育质量不同定义的基础上,突出远程开放教育质量的基本特征应是大众化高等教育的服务性很有必要。在多层面地论述了远程开放教育多样性、相对性、整体性和适应性的质量内涵之后,本文初步勾勒出相应的质量标准制定的原则框架。并依据现代课程理念和远程开放教育的规律和特点,从人才培养的角度,对人们较为关注的“课程实施不应只有教学意识,课程教学质量的监控应以‘学前诊断’为前提,平时作业不是完整的课程学习形成性考核,以课程为主的学历文凭考试与学位论文的撰写答辩应有不同要求并由学习者自主选择”等教学质量管理思路进行了初步的、反思性的探究。
[Abstract]:According to the practice of "the reform of talent training mode and the pilot of open education" approved by the Ministry of Education, this paper, after experiencing the "understanding pilot" and "understanding evaluation", makes an understanding of the quality of the pilot project. Because of "pilot" and "evaluation", the ultimate goal is to improve the quality of modern open distance education. On the basis of comparing the existing definitions of educational quality, it is necessary to highlight the basic characteristics of the quality of distance open education, which is the service of mass higher education. After discussing the quality connotation of the diversity, relativity, integrity and adaptability of distance open education, this paper outlines the principle frame of the corresponding quality standard. According to the modern curriculum concept and the law and characteristics of distance open education, from the angle of talent training, the teaching consciousness should not be the only way to carry out the course, and the monitoring of the teaching quality should be based on the premise of "pre-school diagnosis". Usually homework is not a complete formative examination of course learning. The teaching quality management ideas such as curriculum oriented diploma examination and dissertation writing should have different requirements and are chosen by the learner independently.
