面向90后农民工的职业培训应加强公民教育

【摘要】：研究发现,90后农民工呈现出有文化有追求、普遍具有一定的公民意识、耐受力差且相对缺乏吃苦耐劳精神等特点。面向90后农民工的职业教育与培训的定位为培养合格的公民,注重提升培训质量,使其掌握实用知识和技能,以增强就业竞争力。培训内容的选择应充分考虑市场需求和企业用工要求,注重以公民教育为核心的引导性培训,包括做合格的、有职业理想、有道德修养、关心公共事务、善于合作互助的职业人。
[Abstract]:The study found that the post-90s migrant workers have the characteristics of cultural pursuit, general civic awareness, poor tolerance and relative lack of hardworking spirit. The orientation of vocational education and training for post-90s migrant workers is to train qualified citizens, pay attention to improving the quality of training, make them master practical knowledge and skills, and enhance the competitiveness of employment. The selection of training contents should take full account of market demand and enterprise employment requirements, and pay attention to guiding training with civic education as the core, including doing qualified, professional ideal, moral cultivation, and concern for public affairs. A professional who is good at cooperation and mutual help.
