互相学习语言有利于构建和谐社会

【摘要】：我国是个统一的多民族、多语种、多文种的国家,汉族是主体民族,其经济,政治,文化都很发达。新疆自古就是我国的一个多民族聚居区,各族人民在长期的共同生活和生产过程中形成了互相学习语言的优良传统。现今是科学技术高速发展的时代,少数民族要想发展只靠本民族语言是不够的,在学好本民族语言的同时必须努力学习国语即汉语,才能提高民族的素质,才能促进自身的发展。实行"双语教学"克服语言障碍,有利于共同发展,有利于构建和谐社会。
