【摘要】：记得,媒体曾披露过一条颇令人吃惊的消息,在2001年9月韩国举行的国际技术能奥林匹克大会上,韩国选手一举夺得20枚金牌,将以擅长制造技术著称的日本和德国(分别获4枚和5枚金牌)远远抛在后面,综合成绩实现了“五连冠”。怪不得韩国产品能够无孔不入地占领市场,原来是有大量高技能、高素质的技术工人在默默奉献。正是靠着这些优秀人才的支撑,韩国才迅速成为制造业强国,其制造业综合竞争力上升到世界第三位,紧逼日本;韩国的半导体存储器、大型液晶显示装置生产也超过日本,位居世界第一;韩国的船舶生产,也是较劲儿地与日本争雄;韩国的汽车产量居世界第四。
