试论现代远程教育的社会价值及其发展趋势

【摘要】：现代远程教育最显著的社会价值在于促进教育公平:增进教育机会的平等,显著改善弱势群体的生存状态,推进学习的自主性和个别化,促进教育的民主化进程。作为我国推进全民学习、终身学习的重要支撑,现代远程教育必须坚持走规模发展之路,为社会提供多层次的、高质量的、良好成本效益的学习资源,促进成人高等教育不同类型和形式实现沟通和衔接,提高教学质量。
[Abstract]:The most prominent social value of modern distance education lies in promoting educational equity: promoting equality of educational opportunities, significantly improving the survival status of disadvantaged groups, promoting the autonomy and individualization of learning, and promoting the democratization of education. As an important support for promoting national learning and lifelong learning in China, modern distance education must adhere to the road of scale development and provide multi-level, high-quality, cost-effective learning resources for the society. Promote the different types and forms of adult higher education to achieve communication and cohesion, improve the quality of teaching.
