自闭症认知缺陷的神经机制研究进展

【摘要】：本文对自闭症认知神经机制研究进行了系统回顾。结果表明 ,自闭症的心理推测能力缺陷可能与右侧眶额皮质、左内侧前额皮质及包括杏仁核在内的内侧颞叶等脑区的损伤有关 ;中枢性统合不足可能与小脑病变有关 ;执行功能障碍可能与额叶、基底节异常有关。现有研究结果相当不一致 ,有关上述三种理论及其相互关系的探讨还存在很多争议。
[Abstract]:This paper reviews the cognitive neural mechanism of autism. The results show that the psychological hypotheses of autism may be related to the injury of the right orbital frontal cortex, left medial prefrontal cortex and medial temporal lobe, including amygdala, and the insufficiency of central integration may be related to cerebellar lesion, and it may be related to the injury of the right orbital frontal cortex, left medial prefrontal cortex and medial temporal lobe. Executive dysfunction may be associated with abnormal frontal lobe and basal ganglia. The existing research results are quite inconsistent, and there are still many controversies about the above three theories and their relationship.
