各类培训班亟待规范

【摘要】：正 各级各部门组织的各类培训班过多、过滥,是企业减负工作中反映的突出问题。主要表现在:一是一事多头组织培训,且组织培训的都是掌握一定权力的部门,培训事实上带有强制性;二是收费不规范,名义上来看,有些培训,收费是经过物价部门批准,并非乱收费,但实际上,培训确需的书本资料费、场地租用费、讲课
