【摘要】：本文介绍了深圳广播电视大学利用深圳电信提供的IP城域网企业上网和VPN业务构建现代远程教育网络环境的情况,提出了利用社会资源建立网络环境节省资金和人力投入、提高网络运行效率的思路。
