社会转型期中学师生冲突的社会学探析——以海口调查为例

【摘要】:处于社会转型时期的城市中学生,面临着复杂的文化生态环境和多元文化价值选择的冲突。对当前海口市中学生的师生关系现状进行研究,结果发现:尽管中学师生关系总体呈现良性发展状态,但有1/3的学生认为学校生活乏味,有近1/3的学生与老师发生过冲突;办学综合条件较差、师资力量较弱的学校,其师生冲突高于办学条件好的学校。其原因是:学校管理对学生缺乏吸引力;教师与学生的价值选择相悖;教师对学生的评价过于功利化。
[Abstract]:The urban middle school students in the period of social transformation are confronted with the conflict of complex cultural ecological environment and multicultural value choice. The present situation of teacher-student relationship among middle school students in Haikou City is studied. The results show that, although the teacher-student relationship in middle schools is generally in a positive state of development, one third of the students think that school life is boring. Nearly a third of students have clashed with their teachers; The conflict between teachers and students in schools with poor comprehensive conditions and weak teachers is higher than that in schools with good running conditions. The reasons are: school management is not attractive to students; the value choice of teachers and students is contrary; teachers' evaluation of students is too utilitarian.
