3~5岁幼儿创造性人格的结构、发展特点与类型

【摘要】: 长期以来,心理学家一直致力于有关创造力的研究,并取得了丰硕的成果。有大量研究表明,创造力与人格特征之间有着较高的相关度,人格对个体创造力的发展起到了推动和促进的作用,创造性人格已成为创造心理学研究领域的重要组成部分。为了更好的了解幼儿创造性人格的结构、发展特点和特定领域里表现出的创造潜能或倾向,以作为其未来创造性的预测指标,本研究采用访谈、观察和问卷相结合的方法,对3~5岁幼儿的创造性人格进行了研究。 本研究在对自编的幼儿创造性人格教师评定问卷进行探索性因素分析的基础上,采用了LISREL技术进行验证性因素分析,验证了3~5岁幼儿创造性人格的结构。本研究同时采用相关、方差分析和聚类分析等方法,探讨了这一年龄阶段创造性人格的发展特点和类型,确定了发展的关键期,并初步探究了幼儿气质与创造性人格的关系。 研究结果如下: 1.探索性因素分析表明,自编的3~5岁幼儿创造性人格倾向教师评定问卷具有较好的信度、效度与适用性,可以作为3~5岁幼儿创造性人格发展的测评工具。 2.幼儿创造性人格结构由9个特质组成,根据9个特质内部所含项目的主要含义分别命名为:①新异性,②独立性,③成就感,④合作性,⑤自信心,⑥敏感性,⑦好奇心,⑧审美性,⑨幽默感。 3.随着年龄的增长,3~5岁幼儿创造性人格呈波浪式发展趋势,总体发展存在显著的年龄差异,4岁是幼儿创造性人格发展的关键期。3~5岁幼儿创造性人格发展总体性别差异不显著,但在总体创造性人格的得分上,女生略高于男生。 4.3~5岁幼儿创造性人格类型可以划分为合作型、科学型和艺术型3种。其中,每种类型具有不同的特点。合作型幼儿所占的比重最多。
[Abstract]:Psychologists have been devoted to the study of creativity for a long time and have achieved fruitful results. A large number of studies have shown that there is a high degree of correlation between creativity and personality characteristics. Personality plays an important role in promoting and promoting the development of individual creativity. Creative personality has become an important part of the field of creative psychology. In order to better understand the structure, developmental characteristics and creative potential or tendency of children's creative personality in a specific field as a predictor of their future creativity, this study adopted a combination of interviews, observations and questionnaires. The creative personality of 3-5-year-old children was studied. Based on the exploratory factor analysis of the self-designed questionnaire of infant creative personality teachers, this study uses LISREL technology to carry out confirmatory factor analysis, and verifies the structure of creative personality of 3-5-year-old children. In this study, correlation, variance analysis and cluster analysis were used to explore the developmental characteristics and types of creative personality in this age stage, the key period of development was determined, and the relationship between children's temperament and creative personality was preliminarily explored. The results of the study are as follows: 1. Exploratory factor analysis shows that the self-designed questionnaire for teachers' assessment of creative personality tendency in 3-5-year-old children has good reliability, validity and applicability, and can be used as a test tool for the development of creative personality in 3-5-year-old children. 2. Children's creative personality structure is composed of nine traits. According to the main meanings of the items contained in the nine traits, they are named as: 1 novelty, 2 independence, 3 accomplishment, 4 cooperation, 5 self confidence, 6 sensitivity, 7 curiosity, 4 cooperation, 5 self confidence, 6 sensitivity, 7 curiosity, 4 cooperation, 5 self confidence, 6 sensitivity, 7 curiosity. Aesthetic, 9 sense of humor. 3. With the increase of age, the creative personality of 3-5-year-old children showed a wave-like development trend, and there was a significant age difference in the overall development of 3-5-year-olds. 4 years old is the key period of children's creative personality development. 3) the overall gender difference of creative personality development of 5-year-old children is not significant, but the score of the overall creative personality of girls is slightly higher than that of boys. 4.3 the creative personality types of 5-year-old children can be divided into three types: cooperative type, scientific type and artistic type. Among them, each type has different characteristics. Co-operative children account for the largest proportion.
