健身运动处方对高校教师心理健康的影响

【摘要】：目的探讨促进高校教师心理健康的健身运动处方,为高校教师心理健康干预提供依据。方法采用心理测量法和实验法对不同年龄、性别的486名高校教师实施健身运动处方锻炼。结果男子实验组与对照组相比,在躯体化(tA=-3.01,P0.01;tB=-2.43,P0.01)、抑郁(tA=-1.95,P0.05;tB=-1.96,P0.05)和焦虑(tA=-2.02,P0.05;tB=-2.48,P0.05)方面差异有统计学意义;女子实验组与其对照组相比,在身体化(tA=-2.49,P0.01;tB=-1.97,P0.05)、抑郁(tA=-2.72,P0.01;tB=-2.52,P0.01)、焦虑(tA=-2.5
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the prescription of fitness exercise to promote the mental health of teachers in colleges and universities, and to provide the basis for the intervention of mental health of teachers in colleges and universities. Methods 486 college teachers of different ages and genders were given exercise prescription exercise by psychometric and experimental methods.
