【摘要】：本文通过多种研究方法总结分析游泳项目运动员向相关邻近项目迁出现象,研究主要立足于现实依据并结合一般训练理论、项群训练理论、专项训练理论为理论；从学习迁移、技能迁移的角度入手；充分考虑到游泳项目和游泳运动员迁入项目的项目特点。选取具有代表性的个案,着重于游泳项目运动员向相关邻近项目迁出的理论解析和游泳项目运动员向相关邻近项目迁出前后存在的优势、劣势分析,探寻游泳项目运动员向相关邻近项目迁出规律和内在本质,希望能为游泳运动员开拓更多更宽的成长成才渠道；促进与游泳项目相关项目之间人才的合理流动,有利于游泳项目运动员向相关邻近项目迁出方面的理论体系的完善,针对游泳项目运动员向相关邻近项目迁出过程中存在的问题提出相应的建议。研究结果如下：1.通过科学的归纳分析得出游泳项目运动员向相关邻近项目迁出的主要趋势和方向为游泳运动员向水上项目迁移,如水球、花样游泳；游泳运动员向多项组合结构中异属多项组合项目中游泳项目作为子项目存在的项目,如铁人三项、现代五项；个人项目向集体项目迁移的趋势不明显。2.游泳项目运动员向相关邻近项目迁出主要原因是,在个性心理特征、竞技能力和机能等方面游泳运动员和其他项目专业运动员具有相似性和一致性。游泳运动员向相关项目迁出有助于游泳运动人才的合理流动,实现游泳项目和其他项目的持续、健康、稳定的发展,甚至是“跨越式”发展,如中国国家女子水球队。3.游泳项目运动员向相关邻近项目迁出的优势有一下几个方面：游泳及迁入项目学术理论、游泳人才资源、游泳项目运动员向相关邻近项目迁出的技术、心理能力和智能、游泳体能训练和迁移项目具有一定的一致性、游泳技能对迁入项目成绩提高有巨大作用、缩短运动员的成才培养期、游泳项目运动员向邻近项目迁出成功率较高、政策支持等。4.游泳项目运动员向相关邻近项目迁出的劣势有一下几个方面：专项素质之间存在差别、运动竞赛场地不同、游泳运动员迁入项目的项目设置与游泳项目不同、游泳运动员迁入项目技战术应用更复杂、教练队伍对项目迁移运动员的训练经验不足等。
