体育师范生评价能力现状与发展策略研究

【摘要】:教育是国家发展的百年大计,一个国家的教育强则综合国力强。要想国家人才济济,各项事业取得蒸蒸日上的发展,就必须建设好教育事业。而教育的核心力量就是人才的培养。教师是文化的传承者,更是新知识的开拓者和未来人才发展的推动者。体育师范生作为未来体育教育事业的接班人,其扎实的专业技能和教学方法是走上职业化道路的必要武器。随着新体育课程改革的开展,评价占据着举足轻重的地位。作为未来体育教育的中坚力量,具备基本的评价能力与掌握专业知识和教学技能同等重要。本文通过文献资料法梳理了评价、能力、评价能力、评价素养等相关概念,了解评价在各国教育里的地位,同时对国内外关于能力及评价能力的测量工具进行了全面的综合,并根据前辈的经验改编了适合本研究的调查问卷。借助《体育师范生评价能力调查问卷》对体育师范生开展了抽样调查;通过数理统计法对所得数据进行分析,得出了以下结论:第一,体育师范生评价能力总体水平较低;在七个能力指标维度上,运用评价能力这个指标尤其较低,其次就是评分/分等、伦理与合法问题两个指标上;相对较好的是交流与评价结果以及开发评价工具这两个指标。第二,影响体育师范生总体评价能力及评价能力七个维度指标的因素包括:个体背景因素、高校学习经历、本科生自主学习经历以及实习经历。第三,体育师范生的评价能力受体育师范生的"性别"、"入学形式"、"实习学校的层次"影响较大;实习单位提供关于评价的机会以及师范生自己的评价行为与体育师范生总体评价能力有显著性相关:其他影响因素与体育师范生评价能力的七个指标维度分别存在相关关系。第四,针对体育师范生评价能力较差的问题,提升体育师范生评价能力的策略主要以国家政策、学校培养策略、大学任课教师以及师范生自身四个方面共同努力。
[Abstract]:Education is a national development plan, a country's education is strong, comprehensive national strength. The core force of education is the cultivation of talents. Teachers are the inheritors of culture. It is also the pioneer of new knowledge and the promoter of the development of future talents. The students of physical education normal school are the successors of physical education in the future. Its solid professional skills and teaching methods are the necessary weapons on the road to professionalism. With the development of the new physical education curriculum reform, evaluation occupies a pivotal position. As the backbone of physical education in the future. Having basic evaluation ability is as important as mastering professional knowledge and teaching skill. This paper combs the related concepts of evaluation, ability, evaluation ability and evaluation accomplishment through literature method. Understand the status of evaluation in national education, and at the same time, comprehensive integration of domestic and foreign measuring tools on capacity and evaluation ability. According to the experience of the previous generation, the author adapted the questionnaire suitable for this study, and carried out a sample survey on the physical education normal school students with the help of the questionnaire on the Evaluation ability of physical Education Teachers College students. Through the analysis of the data obtained by mathematical statistics, the following conclusions are drawn: first, the evaluation ability of physical education normal students is low; In the seven ability index dimensions, the use of evaluation ability is especially low, followed by score / grade, ethics and legal issues two indicators; Relatively better is the exchange and evaluation results and the development of evaluation tools these two indicators. Second, the impact of physical education normal students overall evaluation ability and evaluation ability of the seven dimensions of indicators including: individual background factors. Third, the evaluation ability of physical education normal students is greatly affected by their "gender", "entrance form" and "the level of practice school". The opportunities offered by practice units and the evaluation behavior of normal school students are significantly related to the overall evaluation ability of physical education normal students. Other influencing factors and physical education normal students' evaluation ability of the seven index dimensions were related to each other. 4th. Aiming at the problem of poor evaluation ability of physical education normal students, the main strategies to improve the evaluation ability of physical education normal students are national policy, school training strategy, college teachers and normal students themselves.
