健身登山训练对大学生体质健康的影响

【摘要】:现代登山运动在我国开始于1956年,由于登山运动具有健身、娱乐、陶冶情操等功能被人们认可的程度不断提升,因此在我国得到迅速发展。本文中结合健身运动及登山运动的定义,提出了健身登山这一全新概念。随着社会发展,户外登山运动在全国各大高校中得到发展,每年都有新的大学生加入登山社团中来。但这项运动在高校中发展速度比较缓慢,全国高校中已经成立学生社团性质的登山组织的仅有数十所。其中北京地区以北京大学山鹰社、清华大学山野协会、中国地质大学(北京)大地社、等九所高校具有代表性。目前大学生的就业压力大,大城市竞争激烈,而二三线城市及偏远地区生活条件艰苦,基础设施及医疗设施相对不够完善,对大学生的身体素质要求也就更加严格。由此可见,在这种大社会环境下,大学生的体质研究将会更加从侧面反映出目前大学生体质状况中的不足之处。社会现代化发展过程中,科技、科学高速发展,大学生影响着祖国未来的发展进程。国家在人才培养中重视了学生的地位,同时也关注到学生的体质健康问题,并且制订了学生体质健康的相关政策。本文探究“健身登山训练对大学生体质健康的影响”。经咨询有关专家后确定了身体形态指标、身体机能指标、身体素质指标为测试指标,对中国地质大学北京校区登山队员健身登山训练及学生体质状况进行分析。根据本文研究内容与目的,制定实验方案,通过前期体质健康测试基本数据,选定中国地质大学(北京)登山协会60名学生为实验组,对实验组进行处方式训练。经过实验组为期十周的处方式训练后,对实验组与对照组的学生再次进行体质健康测试。通过对实验组与对照组测试结果的对比分析,总结健身登山训练对大学生体质健康的具体影响。本篇论文的意义在于:一、为大学校园积极合理的开展健身登山运动提供科学依据;二、为各高校健身登山社团在进行健身登山训练采用科学、合理、有效地训练方法。健身登山运动对于大学生的身体体质、心理健康及发展也有很大的帮助,可以有效的改善当前信息时代下的学习压力,有助于发展同学们之间良好的人际关系;大学生在学校里积极参与健身登山训练及社团活动,有助于培养大学生的自信、顽强拼搏的意志品质,有助于大学生调节心情、缓解学习压力,创造更好的学习环境;与此同时,在这种积极心理的作用下,参加健身登山训练的学生更加积极主动的参与健身登山运动中去,从而形成了一个良性循环周期。
[Abstract]:Modern mountaineering began in 1956 in our country, because the mountaineering sports have the function of fitness, entertainment, edifying sentiment and so on. Therefore, it has been developed rapidly in our country. This paper combines the definition of fitness and mountaineering, and puts forward the new concept of fitness mountaineering. With the development of society, outdoor mountaineering has been developed in all universities and colleges in China. Every year new college students join the mountaineering club. But the sport is growing slowly in colleges and universities. Only dozens of mountaineering organizations have been established in colleges and universities in China. Among them, the Shanying Society of Peking University, the Mountain Wild Association of Tsinghua University, and the Earth Society of China University of Geosciences (Beijing). At present, the employment pressure of college students is great, the competition in big cities is fierce, while the living conditions of the second and third tier cities and remote areas are difficult, and the infrastructure and medical facilities are relatively imperfect. The physical quality of college students will be more stringent. Thus, in such a large social environment. The research of college students' physique will reflect the deficiency of the present university students' physique. In the course of the development of social modernization, science and technology will develop at a high speed. College students affect the future development of the motherland. The country attaches importance to the status of students in the training of talents, but also pays attention to the physical health of students. This paper probes into the influence of mountaineering training on the physical health of college students. After consulting relevant experts, the author determines the body shape index and body function index. Based on the analysis of the physical fitness training and the students' physique of the climbers in Beijing University of Geosciences of China University of Geosciences, according to the content and purpose of this paper, the experimental scheme was established. Based on the basic data of physical health test, 60 students of China University of Geosciences (Beijing) mountaineering Association were selected as the experimental group, and the experimental group was trained in the local way after 10 weeks of training. The students of the experimental group and the control group were tested again. The results of the test group and the control group were compared and analyzed. The significance of this paper lies in: first, to provide scientific basis for the active and reasonable development of fitness and mountaineering on university campus; Secondly, scientific, reasonable and effective training methods are adopted for the fitness mountaineering associations in colleges and universities. The fitness climbing exercise is also helpful to the physical, mental health and development of college students. It can effectively improve the learning pressure in the current information age and help to develop good interpersonal relationships among students; College students in the school actively participate in the exercise of fitness mountaineering training and community activities, help to cultivate the self-confidence of college students, tenacious will quality, help college students to adjust their mood, ease the pressure of learning. Create a better learning environment; At the same time, under the action of this kind of positive psychology, the students who take part in the fitness mountaineering training are more active to participate in the fitness climbing, thus forming a virtuous circle cycle.
