CBA常规赛国内外后卫技术水平及相关因素的对比研究

【摘要】：随着中国男子职业联赛的不断发展壮大,越来越多国外的优秀后卫来到CBA打球,这其中包括许多曾经在美国职业联赛效力的优秀后卫,如北京的马布里,辽宁的哈德森,山东的杰特等等,他们不仅拥有丰富的技战术经验,出色的身体素质,还具有超强的比赛能力,他们的到来对国内后卫来说,既是机遇又是挑战,必将会对CBA联赛中国内后卫成长产生重要的影响。本文运用文献资料、录像与现场观察、数理统计、逻辑分析、RSR综合评价等研究方法,一方面对CBA常规赛国内外后卫的年龄、身高、体重和常规赛中各项技术指标进行定量分析研究,另一方面对CBA国内后卫的训练方法和培养方式进行有规律的定性研究,试图找出CBA国内后卫与国外后卫在临场比赛中的差距,并结合国内后卫自身实际情况,希望能为国内后卫队员的培养与训练提供一些适当的建议与对策。选取了能够体现攻防技术水平高低的量化指标,相关因素指标(上场时间、年龄、身体形态),进攻技术指标(得分、投篮命中率、罚球命中率、助攻、失误和进攻篮板),防守技术指标(抢断、犯规、防守篮板、总篮板),通过对这些量化数据与资料的处理分析,得出结论。研究结果如下:(1)国内后卫的平均上场时间是33.69Min,国外后卫的平均上场时间是38.50Min,通过独立样本T检验,双尾检验Sig.(双侧)值为0.018,小于0.05,两者存在显著性差异。CBA常规赛国内后卫球员的上场时间较少,CBA国外后卫球员的引进限制了国内后卫球员的上场时间。(2)国内后卫的平均年龄是28.70岁,国外后卫的平均年龄为29.00岁,通过独立样本T检验,双尾检验Sig.(双侧)值为0.877大于0.05,两者不存在显著性差异,但国内后卫年龄浮动比较大,新老交替缓慢。(3)国内外后卫在身高、体重、克托莱指数上均不存在显著性差异,但CBA国内后卫对力量素质训练重视程度不够,在高强度比赛中,爆发力不足,身体对抗能力较差。(4)国内外后卫在得分能力、三分球能力、二分球能力、罚球能力上均存在显著性差异,CBA国内后卫投篮技术选择较少,投篮区域比较集中,投篮信心不足,心理素质较差,突破造杀伤的能力比较弱。(5)国内外后卫在助攻、失误上均不存在显著性差异,但CBA国内后卫的控球、支配球能力较差,遇到紧逼防守是容易出现失误,在争抢前场篮板球的能力上,两者存在显著性差异,CBA国内后卫争抢前场篮板球能力较差。(6)国内后卫在抢断、犯规上都不存在显著性差异,国内后卫球员对比赛阅读能力、判断能力、掌控比赛节奏的能力较差,反应速度较慢,在防守篮板、总篮板的比较上,两者存在显著性差异,CBA国内后卫争抢后场篮板的能力较差。
[Abstract]:With the development of the Chinese men's professional league, more and more foreign excellent defenders come to play in the CBA, including many excellent defenders who used to play in the American professional league, such as Marbury in Beijing. Liaoning Hudson, Shandong Jeter, and so on, they not only have rich technical and tactical experience, excellent physical quality, but also have a super ability to play, their arrival for the domestic defenders. Both opportunities and challenges will have an important impact on the growth of Chinese defenders in CBA leagues. This paper uses literature, video and field observation, mathematical statistics, logical analysis. RSR comprehensive evaluation and other research methods, on the one hand, the CBA regular season home and abroad guard age, height, weight and technical indicators in the regular season quantitative analysis. On the other hand, the training methods and training methods of domestic defenders in CBA are studied qualitatively in order to find out the gap between domestic and foreign defenders in the field. Combined with the actual situation of domestic defenders, the author hopes to provide some appropriate suggestions and countermeasures for the training and training of domestic defenders. The quantitative index which can reflect the level of offensive and defense technology is selected. Related factors (playing time, age, body shape, offensive technical indicators (scoring, shooting percentage, free throw hit rate, assists, errors and offensive rebounds, defensive technical indicators (steals, fouls). Defensive rebounds, total rebounds, through the analysis of these quantitative data and data processing, draw a conclusion. The results are as follows: 1) the average playing time of domestic defenders is 33.69 Min. The average playing time of foreign defenders is 38.50 Min.Through independent sample T test, the Sig (bilateral) value of double-tail test is 0.018, less than 0.05. There is a significant difference between the two. CBA regular season domestic defenders play less time. Through the independent sample T test, the Sig (bilateral) value of double-tail test was 0.877 > 0.05, there was no significant difference between the two, but the age of domestic defenders fluctuated greatly. There is no significant difference in height, weight and Ketole index between domestic and foreign guards, but CBA domestic defenders pay less attention to strength quality training, in high-intensity competition. There are significant differences in scoring ability, three-point ability, two-point ability and free-throw ability between domestic and foreign defenders. CBA domestic guard shooting technology choice is less, shooting area is relatively concentrated, shooting confidence is not enough, psychological quality is poor, breaking the ability to kill. 5) domestic and foreign defenders in assists. There is no significant difference in errors, but the ability of CBA domestic defenders to control the ball is poor, it is easy to make mistakes in tight defense, and there is a significant difference between them in the ability of fighting for rebounds in the front court. CBA domestic defenders scramble for the front-court rebounding ability. 6) domestic defenders in the steals, fouls are not significant differences, domestic defenders of the ability to read the game, judgment ability. The ability to control the rhythm of the game is poor and the reaction speed is slow. There are significant differences between the defensive rebounds and the total rebounds.
